Axar Patel's all-rounder brilliance (2/24 with the ball and 65 runs off 31 balls with the bat) wasn't enough for India to win the 2nd T20I against Sri Lanka. 

Axar smashed his maiden T20I half-century with the help of three fours and six sixes. 

Axar created history as he now holds the record of scoring the highest individual score for India at No.7 in T20Is.

At No.1 position on batting order, Rohit Sharma scored 118 runs while at No.2, Virat Kohli scored 122 runs.

At No.3 is Suryakumar Yadav with a score of 111 and he also is the top score at No.4 (117 runs) position for India in T20Is. 

At No.5 is Manish Pandey with a score of 79 runs while at No.6 is Dinesh Karthik with a score of 55 runs.

At No.7 is Axar Patel with a score of 65 runs and at No.8 is Krunal Pandya with a score of 26 runs.

At No.9 is Irfan Pathan (33 runs), while at No.10 is Umesh Yadav (20 runs). At No.11 is Ishant Sharma (5 runs).
