India and Australia are battling out in the ongoing Border-Gavaskar Test series opener in Nagpur

Australian spinner Todd Murphy, who made his debut Test debut in the 1st Test, forced Indian batters dance to the tune of his charismatic spin bowling.

Murphy bagged a brilliant fifer in the 1st innings of his debut match and with this he achieved a rare feat for Australia which came after 15-long-years.

Murphy snared big scalps as he dismissed KL Rahul, R Ashwin, Pujara, Kohli and Bharat during his five-wicket haul.

With this Murphy become the first bowler for Australia in the last 15 years to take 5 wickets in a debut match against India.

Before Murphy, back in the year 2008, Jason Krejza snared 8/215 against India which also coincidently came in Nagpur.

Nathan Lyon also took 5/34 on his debut Test match 2011 but that didn't came against India but Sri Lanka.

Meanwhile, Murphy's splendid bowling somehow stopped India from inching towards a big score after Australia's first innings' 177.
